A new Christmas fair in Minsk features a designer New Year tree, a food court with international cuisine and a festival of winter beverages

A new Christmas fair debuted in Minsk in the 2019 season. The fair opened at 21 Kalvariyskaya Street on 21 December. Visitors can buy a New Year tree, decorations, gifts and souvenirs, try dishes of various cuisines, fresh pastry and sweets with a glass of warming mulled wine or coffee punch.

The place abounds in Instagram-worthy spots and will certainly be appreciated by selfie-lovers. There is a Christmas carousel, art objects and naturally the main symbol of the holiday season – a designer New Year tree that was made without a single needle and decorated with balls and lights. A festival of winter beverages will also take place at the fair. The fair will stay open till 15 January (everyday till 15:00).
