MINSK, 28 December (BelTA) – Vanessa Kolodinskaya of Belarus has earned the 2017 Comeback Wrestler of the Year award of the United World Wrestling (UWW), BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Sports Ministry.

Vanessa Kolodinskaya clinched gold at the 2017 World Wrestling Championships in Paris, France to become a two-time world champion. Earlier on, she won the World Championships in 2012.

The Belarusian athlete also was second to none at the European Wrestling Championships in Serbia.
