MINSK, 19 February (BelTA) – Belarus has won three medals at the 2019 World Para Nordic Skiing Championships which is underway in Prince George, Canada, BelTA has learned.
Yury Holub and Dzmitry Budzilovich (guide) clinched gold in the men’s vision impaired 10km individual. They also claimed silver in Men Spring F, Visually Impaired. The event was won by Sweden.
After three competition days Belarus goes 6th in the medal table. Ukraine tops the chart with 19 (three gold, eight silver and eight bronze) medals. Second is the United States (3, 4, 1). France goes third (3, 0, 2).
