MINSK, 23 October (BelTA) – Belarusian freestyle wrestler Ivan Yankovsky won silver at the 2018 World Wrestling Championships in Budapest, Hungary, BelTA informs.

In the 92kg final bout the Belarusian athlete lost to the 2016 Olympics bronze medalist and 2017 world champion J'den Cox of the United States.

Ali Shabanov (79kg) won bronze for the Belarusian team.

The championship in Budapest will be over on 28 October.
