MINSK, 12 February (BelTA) – A new ceasefire has been agreed in Minsk, Russian President Vladimir Putin has told reporters, BelTA has learned.

“We agreed to a ceasefire starting at 00:00 on 15 February,” Vladimir Putin informed.

Another crucial thing that was agreed on in Minsk is the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the current frontline for Ukrainian troops and from the line designated on 19 September 2014 for the Donbass troops.
