Lukashenko: Labor Day highlights the importance of every profession
MINSK, 28 April (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has wished a Happy Labor Day to Belarusian people, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“This day is filled with special gratitude to those whose labor is the basis of life and prosperity of the native land, who are committed to and proud of their work. It highlights the importance of every profession,” the message of greetings reads.
The president emphasized that Belarusian people have always been committed to creation. By overcoming obstacles in various historical periods, our country became stronger and more beautiful. “This is the achievement of Belarusians whose main features of character are responsible attitude to work, honesty, justice and devotion to the native land. Today we continue glorious traditions and pass them to children, are developing and moving forward,” the Belarusian leader remarked.
He expressed hope that this holiday will bring good mood and spring blossom of creative forces to people. He also hopes that peace, love and mutual understanding will reign in families.
