Domracheva wins 3rd straight Olympic gold

MINSK, 17 February (BelTA) – Belarusian Darya Domracheva raced to the third gold medal in Sochi. After the golden finishes in the 12.5km pursuit and the 15km individual, she won another gold medal in the 12.5km mass start on 17 February, BelTA learned. The Belarusian became the first woman to win three biathlon titles at the same Olympics.

Darya Domracheva took the early lead in the mass start and never looked back. She made one miss on the 4th shooting range but was too fast for the opposition to catch up. She came to the finish line after 35:25.6
