“All our agreements with the president of Uzbekistan are sacred. We will definitely fulfill our obligations. Tell my good friend that we will fulfill our agreements,” Alexander Lukashenko said.

Within a couple years we have made such a big progress that we could not make during previous two decades,” he said. Alexander Lukashenko emphasized a big role of Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in it.

The Belarusian president praised the achievements of the Uzbekistan head of state, including in the foreign policy. “He quickly normalized relations with neighbors, he is doing a lot on the international arena, maintains excellent relations with the West and the East,” the Belarusian leader said. “Therefore, the background for our relations is very good, and we are happy to have such relations.”
