Belarusian Zubrenok center to host schoolchildren from China

MINSK, 12 August (BelTA) - A delegation of Chinese schoolchildren departed for Belarus on 11 August to participate in a recreational and health program at the National Children's Educational and Health Center Zubrenok, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Beijing.

The children will spend ten days in Belarus, immersing themselves in cross-cultural experiences that include building friendships with Belarusian peers, exploring the nation’s rich cultural heritage, participating in creative workshops and sports activities, and experiencing the center’s renowned wellness programs.

Representatives from the Belarusian Embassy in China were present at Beijing airport to see off the delegation.

“The health recuperation program will be provided free of charge under the invitation of Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko,” the Belarusian diplomatic mission noted. “This initiative highlights the strong friendship between Belarus and China, and our shared commitment to expanding youth exchange programs between our nations.”
