70th anniversary of the Great Victory

MINSK, 8 April (BelTA) – It is important to defend the historical truth about World War Two, Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi told media on 8 April, BelTA has learned.

“In the context of the celebrations of the 70^th anniversary of the Victory in WWII and the 70^th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations it is important to take every effort to defend the results of World War Two, to preserve the historical truth and international justice for the world to develop in a fair and rational way,” Mr Wang Yi said.

The Chinese minister said: “We will continue discussing the issues of international and regional dimension for further coordination of cooperation in the international arena.”
