MINSK, 1 June (BelTA) - A delegation from the Ministry of Local Government and Public Works of the Republic of Zimbabwe visited Amkodor, a mechanical engineering company, BelTA learned from the company’s press service.
During the visit, the guests saw the company’s production facilities, modern special-purpose machinery manufacturing technologies and production management processes. Delegation members were presented with the capabilities of the company in producing a wide range of machinery for road construction, municipal services, agriculture and other sectors of the economy.
Special attention was given to the Amkodor equipment lineup, including its technical specifications, operational advantages and adaptability to different climatic and industrial conditions. During the talks, the sides discussed promising areas of cooperation, as well as equipment supplies for infrastructure projects.
Representatives of Zimbabwe showed the greatest interest in Amkodor motor graders and road rollers, which are in demand for road construction and maintenance.
According to the company’s press service, the visit confirmed strong interest among foreign partners in Belarusian machinery and marked another step in expanding Amkodor’s international cooperation in Africa.
