VITEBSK, 1 December (BelTA) – OOO Grand Mercury-CX has been registered as a new resident company in the free economic zone (FEZ) Vitebsk. The company intends to start manufacturing light aircraft, BelTA learned from the head of the FEZ Vitebsk administration Sergei Yurkevich.

The Belarusian-Russian joint venture intends to start making the multipurpose light aircraft Mercury in a FEZ Vitebsk sector in a Vitebsk city suburb. Over $7 million will be invested in the project.
