MINSK, 11 October (BelTA) – The eighth international armaments and military hardware expo MILEX 2017 will be held in Minsk from 20 to 22 May 2017, reads executive order No.429p signed by Belarusian Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov on 10 October 2016, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian government.

The document provides for the establishment of an organizing committee for MILEX 2017. The committee will be headed by Chairman of the State Military Industrial Committee Sergei Gurulev.

MILEX 2017 will showcase a wide range of Belarusian defense industry products and the latest hi-tech solutions. The enterprises that provide military equipment upgrade and repair services, and also other services to the Armed Forces will present their potential at the international expo.
