MAZ and MAZ-Kupava present premium-class bus

MINSK, 2 November (BelTA) – Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ) and MAZ-Kupava Automobile Trailer and Body Plant have unveiled the new MAZ 281 premium-class bus, the MAZ press service told BelTA.

The press service detailed that the bus meets the Euro 5 emission standard and is equipped with a diesel engine, an 80-liter fuel tank, and a six-speed manual transmission. The bus has a total capacity for 10 people, including the driver.

Every aspect of the design prioritizes passenger comfort. The side door and step deploy automatically, while tinted windows ensure privacy. The stylish interior features a cohesive, trendy color scheme and upholstered furniture.

The spacious cabin is appointed with seven comfortable reclining leather seats. Amenities include a TV, touchscreen audio and video controls, a folding table, storage bins, USB ports, and cupholders. The vehicle also offers multi-zone climate control, individual ventilation above each seat, and interior lighting for different times of day.

Two additional passenger seats are situated in the driver’s cabin. The driver’s workspace is equally well-equipped, featuring an ergonomic seat, a multifunction steering wheel, and assistance systems including cruise control, a rearview camera connected to the head unit, stability control, ABS, and power mirrors.
