MINSK, 31 July (BelTA) – Belarus has redirected $14 billion worth of export flows away from Western and Ukrainian markets, completing a full trade reorientation, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with heads of Belarus’ diplomatic missions in Minsk on 31 July, BelTA has learned.

"The strategic task of redirecting $14 billion in export flows from Western and Ukrainian markets to friendly nations is being successfully accomplished. In 2024, our exports of domestic goods and services hit nearly $50 billion," the president stated.

"The truth is, we produce goods people need - of adequate quality at fair prices. This means they will be always in demand. But this necessitates tactical flexibility and constant update of our foreign trade policy," the head of state added.
