MINSK, 26 October (BelTA) - An International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission arrived in Belarus on 26 October, BelTA learnt from the IMF office in Minsk.

The IMF mission led by Peter Dohlman will be working in Belarus from 26 October to 10 November. According to the IMF office in Minsk, the IMF experts are in Belarus to conduct annual consultations under Article IV.

The IMF deployed its previous mission to Minsk for the period of 5-12 June to discuss with the Belarusian government bodies the country’s economic situation, cooperation issues and the preparations for the annual consultations under Article IV.
