Gazprom transgaz tops Belarus’ taxpayers list in 2014

MINSK, 26 February (BelTA) – OAO Gazprom transgaz Belarus leads the top ten biggest taxpayers in Belarus in 2014, BelTA learned from press center of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties.

Gazprom transgaz Belarus tax payments accounted for 4.9% of the total budget tax revenues in 2014. OAO Belaruskali goes second accounting for 3.8% of the budget tax revenues, OAO Naftan and Mozyr Oil Refinery are third (each accounting for 3.5%).

They are followed by Lukoil Belorussia (2.5%), Grodno Tobacco Factory Neman (2.3%). Tobacco-invest and Minsk Grape Wines Factory account for 1% each of the budget tax revenues and are seventh and eighth respectively. Minsk Crystal contributes 0.9% to the budget tax revenues, and Minskenergo 0.8%.

Thus, the top ten taxpayers account for more than 24% of the budget tax revenues.

As was reported, in 2014 the budget tax revenues amounted to Br168.1 trillion, up 25.6% over 2013.
