MINSK, 24 August (BelTA) - Sergei Triboi, Deputy Director for Commercial Affairs at Kommunarka, spoke about export destinations and popular Belarusian sweets at a press conference on 24 August, BelTA has learned.

Sergei Triboi said that this year the factory’s products are supplied to 14 countries. “More than 90% goes to Russia. In addition, we export to China, Israel, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan. We also periodically supply Estonia and Latvia. And, of course, we plan to expand further into the Middle East, all CIS countries, and the Caucasus. In the near future, we plan to attend an exhibition in Saudi Arabia to find clients, as well as in the UAE,” the deputy director for commercial affairs said.

The Truffle is particularly popular on the Russian market. “It has gained wide popularity among consumers due to its quality and pricing policy, which we set at a level no worse than that of local Russian producers,” Sergei Triboi said.

According to him, it is difficult to single out any specific top products, as modern production facilities and technologies allow the entire product range to be made with high quality, finding consumers in all target markets. “The next task is to overcome logistical and market entry challenges so that more and more people around the world can enjoy our high-quality products,” Sergei Triboi concluded.
