MINSK, 1 August (BelTA) – Deputy Head of the Belarus President Administration Nikolai Snopkov offered the Chinese corporation CTS to co-build a theme park in the Belarus-China industrial park Great Stone during a meeting with a Chinese delegation led by Xiao Yaqing, Chairman of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission at China’s State Council, BelTA has learned.
“Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko puts great emphasis on mutual tourist exchange. This is important in terms of economy and even more important in terms of getting to know each other better. We are looking forward to CTS’ participation. I believe that the construction of a theme park in the Belarus-China industrial park will become an impressive project and an impressive place to attract tourists,” Nikolai Snopkov said.
He recalled that amusement centers are eligible for the park’s preferential terms envisaged by Decree No. 166.
