MINSK, 22 January (BelTA) – The State Science and Technology Committee of Belarus and the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam have announced a contest of joint Belarusian-Vietnamese science and technology projects for 2017-2018, BelTA learned from the press service of Belarus’ State Science and Technology Committee.

“The projects will compete in the following categories: power engineering, microelectronics, information technologies, nanotechnologies, biotechnologies, medicine, pharmaceutics, agricultural technologies, new materials, construction, food security, standardization, and metrology,” the press service said.

The application documents (a business plan, a written commitment regarding the application of research results and share participation in project financing, and a copy of the agreement on cooperation with a foreign organization) and a covering letter are to be submitted to the State Science and Technology Committee of Belarus in print form (three copies) and in electronic form (on a CD) till 31 March.
