MedExpo is scheduled for 10-12 April. Products will be presented by the Applied Research Center for Neurology and Neurosurgery of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry and by the Belarusian companies Belsept, Gomselmash, Ekzon, and Arvitmedikl. The source noted that representatives of the Belarusian healthcare and pharmaceutical industries have great opportunities for penetrating the Kyrgyz market. FoodExpo Kyrgyzstan is also interesting for Belarusian exporters. Their number includes Spartak, Agrokombinat Skidelsky, Oshmyany Meat Processing Plant, Brestmiasomolprom, Smorgon Dairy Products, Lida Milk Plant, and Pinsk Meat-Packing Plant.

In 2017 Belarus’ export to Kyrgyzstan rose by 2.5 times from 2016. In 2017 Belarus’ main exports to Kyrgyzstan included milk, condensed cream, cream powder, butter, cheese, and quark cheese. These Belarusian products were not shipped to Kyrgyzstan or shipped in insignificant amounts in 2016. As far as these products in the structure of Kyrgyzstan’s import are concerned, Belarus was ranked the top exporter in physical terms and cost terms.
