Belarus to invite France to participate in Minsk airport’s second runway construction
MINSK, 17 June (BelTA) – The possibility of France taking part in the financing and construction of the second runway in the National Airport Minsk will be discussed during the next meeting of Belarusian First Deputy Transport and Communications Minister Yevgeny Rogachev and Alain Vidal, State Secretary for Transport, Sea, and Fishing of the French Ecology, Sustainable Development, and Energy Ministry, the press service of the Belarusian Transport and Communications Ministry told BelTA.
A Belarusian delegation led by Yevgeny Rogachev has arrived in France for the sake of taking part in the 51st International Aerospace Salon in Le Bourget and meeting with representatives of French organizations and companies, which are interested in cooperation in transport affairs.
The meeting with Alain Vidal is expected to touch upon a number of matters of mutual interest. The press service specified that prospects of France taking part in the financing and construction of the second runway in the National Airport Minsk and the development of the bilateral legal base in the sphere of transport will be high on the agenda.
