MINSK, 25 May (BelTA) - Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin met with founder and CEO of the Wildberries marketplace Tatyana Kim in Minsk on 25 May, BelTA has learned.
“This is a great moment, another milestone for Wildberries in Belarus,” Aleksandr Turchin said. “The agreements we have reached are being implemented, and that’s good to see.”
Ahead of the government meeting, Tatyana Kim visited a new warehouse complex located in the Great Stone Industrial Park. She noted that the project faced certain challenges, partly because Belarus applies stricter standards to facilities of this kind.
“This is very good and right,” Tatyana Kim said. “This is the first warehouse launched outside the Russian Federation. We gained certain experience, and when we build another warehouse, the process will certainly go much faster.”
Tatyana Kim said the parties also discussed additional support measures for Belarusian producers. A growth platform for Belarusian manufacturers has already been launched. “We expect very good results because this program has already been tested and has been operating in Russia for more than a year. We see the outcomes for both large and small companies. Belarus has great potential,” Tatyana Kim added.

The meeting focused on strategic partnership and new horizons for local businesses, status of the logistics hub project, which is expected to speed up deliveries and expand the presence of Belarusian goods.
Nearly 80 local brands will be granted better work terms on Wildberries and gain access to export markets across all countries where the marketplace operates This will allow them to preserve production traditions while enhancing the competitiveness of Belarusian goods on the global market.
In 2025 Belarusian sellers posted 3.9 billion rubles in sales. Nearly half of that came from Belarusian-made products. Their exports through the platform grew almost fivefold over the year.
In total, over 3,000 pickup points have been opened in Belarus, and 22,000 Belarusian sellers are registered on Wildberries. Since 2024, the marketplace has had a permanent section called Made in Belarus, which now features about 11,500 products.
The new warehouse complex will become the largest logistics facility in the country. This project aims to expand Wildberries’ logistics infrastructure in Belarus. The warehouse will store large items and food that does not require temperature control.
