MINSK, 3 June (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxim Ryzhenkov met with Chairman of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Faisal bin Abdullah bin Said Al-Rawas, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to the ministry, the leadership of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry is visiting Belarus to take part in a bilateral business forum, jointly organized with the National Export Promotion Center, and to visit the Belagro 2026 specialized exhibition.
“The sides discussed the dynamics of interaction between the business communities of Belarus and Oman and exchanged views on the prospects and areas for further development of business cooperation. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the joint action plan for 2026 between the National Export Promotion Center and the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, signed in April 2026,” the ministry said.
The meeting highlighted significant potential for deepening trade and economic cooperation. The sides agreed on the need to actively use existing mechanisms to establish direct contacts between business representatives of Belarus and Oman.
