Belarus-Azerbaijan cooperation in focus of business forum

MINSK, 16 October (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Azerbaijan Dmitry Pinevich took part in the Belarus-Azerbaijan business forum in Baku on 15 October, BelTA learned from the Belarusian embassy in Azerbaijan.

The Belarusian diplomat highlighted the strategic level of the bilateral relations, the dynamic development of trade and economic cooperation, and the active work on joint projects. He praised the existing potential and prospects for cooperation between Belarus and Azerbaijan.

The event brought together about 40 business representatives from the two countries operating in logistics, construction, food industry, and other sectors.

The business forum was co-organized by the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO) and the Minsk Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the Embassy of Belarus in Azerbaijan.
