MINSK, 8 June (BelTA) – The 20th edition of the Belarusian song and poetry festival Maladzechna 2021 will be held on 11-13 June. The festival will celebrate the Year of People’s Unity and gather talented singers, poets, musicians, and composers, BelTA learned from Art Director of the National Academic Concert Orchestra of Belarus Mikhail Finberg.

The central event of the festival will traditionally be the national contest of young performers of Belarusian pop songs.

"Maladzechna 2021 is one of the best Belarusian festivals. Every year it discovers new names. I am sure that this year will not be an exception,” said Mikhail Finberg.

According to him, the festival usually gathers thousands of fans in Molodechno. “It is no exaggeration to say that many Belarusians are looking forward to it,” Mikhail Finberg added.
