MINSK, 9 July (BelTA) – Belarus and Israel have all tools for enhancing cooperation in various avenues, Viktor Guminsky, Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Belarusian National Assembly, said as he met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Israel Faina Kirshenbaum on 9 July, BelTA has learned.
“Our countries have all grounds for advancing cooperation in various industries for the benefit of Belarus and Israel. Moreover, there is a good foundation for it,” Viktor Guminsky believes.
Faina Kirshenbaum, for her part, expressed hope that the governments, ministries and agencies of the two countries will enhance cooperation. She also counts on the closer parliamentary dialogue. The Minister of Internal Security of Israel may pay a visit to Belarus, Faina Kirshenbaum added.
The working visit of Faina Kirshenbaum to Belarus will end on 11 July. The sides discuss fight against human trafficking, illegal migration. There are also plans to expand parliamentary cooperation.
