Ambassador: Belarus ready for equal, non-discriminatory, mutually beneficial dialogue with EU

MINSK, 30 July (BelTA) - Belarus is ready for an equal, non-discriminatory and mutually beneficial bilateral dialogue with the European Union, Belarus' Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Bulgaria Vladimir Voronkovich said as he presented his credentials to Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev on 29 July, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.

During the conversation the Ambassador and the Bulgarian President confirmed mutual interest in the further development of the Belarusian-Bulgarian all-round relations.

They pointed out the common historical and cultural ties between the peoples of Bulgaria and Belarus, positive dynamism in trade and active cooperation in tourism. The parties noted the potential of fruitful cooperation on the regional level.
