MINSK, 18 July (BelTA) – Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus remained 6th in the latest WTA Rankings, BelTA has learned.

Last week, the best Belarusian tennis player did not play and remained sixth with 3,267 points. Former world No.1 Victoria Azarenka is the 20th (2,016 points). Another Belarusian tennis player Aliaksanra Sasnovich returned to the 35th place (1,311). Today, Sasnovich will take on Germany’s Nastasja-Mariana Schunkat (146th) in the Round of 322 at Hamburg European Open.

3. Maria Sakkari (Greece)- 4,190

In the ATP rankings the best-placed Belarusian is Ilya Ivashka (543rd) with 885 points, Egor Gerasimov is 159th (340).
