Sabalenka remains 2nd in WTA rankings

Sabalenka remains 2nd in WTA rankings

MINSK, 10 April (BelTA) – Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus goes second in the recently published WTA rankings, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian holds 6,891 points. Former world number one Victoria Azarenka of Belarus is 16th with 2,237 points, Aliaksandra Sasnovich is 45th (1,089 points), Iryna Shymanovich is 200th (338 points).

2. Aryna Sabalenka (Belarus) - 6,891
3. Jessica Pegula (USA) – 5,735
4. Ons Jabeur (Tunisia) – 5,031

Novak Djokovic of Serbia tops the ATP. Ilya Ivashka of Belarus goes 74th with 721 points. This week Ilya Ivashka will play at a prestigious ATP 1000 tournament in Monte Carlo. He will face Dan Evans of the UK in the round of Last 64.
