Sabalenka 6th in WTA

MINSK, 27 June (BelTA) – Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus remained 6th in the recently published WTA rankings, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian currently holds 4,046 points. Victoria Azarenka is 20th with 2,086 points, Aliaksandra Sasnovich - 35th with 1,411 points.

The Wimbledon tournament is set to kick off in London on 27 June. Belarusian and Russian tennis players have been banned from taking part in it. In this regard, the ATP and WTA decided not to give ranking points to the Wimbledon participants.
