MINSK, 15 September (BelTA) - The Days of Minsk in Moscow will take place from 18 to 21 September, deputy head of the Economy Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee Tatiana Selivonik told the media in Minsk on 15 September, BelTA learned

“The Days of Minsk in Moscow are not only a celebration of culture, sports, and friendship but, first and foremost, new opportunities for business that will undoubtedly yield results,” Tatiana Selivonik said. “In December 2024, during a meeting between Mayor of Minsk Vladimir Kukharev and his Moscow counterpart Sergei Sobyanin, an agreement was reached to hold the Days of Minsk in Moscow in 2025.”

According to her, the goal of this event is to develop cooperation and new projects across various fields. "From 18 to 21 September, we will see numerous cultural events, including a Belarusian goods fair on Tverskaya Square and sports activities. A roundtable discussion and teleconferences will also be held across various sectors: medicine, tourism, and education. Following these, agreements on further cooperation will be signed," she said.

The key event will be the business forum “Minsk and Moscow: A New Driver of Development.” “Over 70 participants from Belarus and Moscow have already registered for the forum. They will share their experiences and present their enterprises. We are expected a large number of speakers. For instance, our Development Bank will discuss tools for supporting the export activities of Belarusian enterprises. Following the forum, a signing ceremony for contracts worth millions is also planned,” Tatiana Selivonik added.
