Belarusians sweep podium at Grand Premium gymnastics tournament in Spain

MINSK, 28 June (BelTA) – Belarusian gymnasts have won all the top spots in the all-around event at the Grand Premium international tournament in Spain, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Gymnastics Association.

Seventeen athletes from nine countries took part in the all-around event among seniors. Daria Verenich scored 108,400 points to secure the first-place position. Anastasiia Salos finished second with 103,600 points. Alina Rechkina won bronze scoring 102,800 points. In addition, Belarus’ Vera Konopatskaya was unrivaled in the all-around event among pre-juniors with 92,250 points.
