MINSK, 5 July (BelTA) – The fourth stage of the 2026 Trampoline and Tumbling World has concluded in Coimbra, Portugal, featuring a strong performance by Belarusian athletes, BelTA has learned.
The tournament concluded with the men’s synchronized final. Belarus’ Ivan Litvinovich and Andrei Builou scored 53.38 points to finish second behind Portugal’s Lucas Santos and Gabriel Albuquerque (54.23). Azerbaijan’s Huseyn Abbasov and Magsud Mahsudov rounded out the top three with 51.73 points.
Consequently, Belarusian trampolinists will bring home two gold and three silver medals from Coimbra. Katsiaryna Yarshova claimed victory in the women’s individual event, with Viyaleta Bardzilouskaya securing silver. Yarshova partnered with Zlata Miniakhmetava to celebrate success in the synchronized competition, while Litvinovich took silver in the men’s individual event.
At the first stage of the World Cup in Baku, Belarusian athletes won four medals (3 gold, 1 silver), followed by five medals (3-1-1) at the second tournament in Alkmaar, Netherlands, and another four (1-1-2) at the third event in Arosa, Switzerland. The fifth stage will take place in early October in Riccione, Italy.
