MINSK, 20 May (BelTA) - Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ) will celebrate its 80th anniversary in Minsk on 29 May, the MTZ press service told BelTA.
The key event will be held at Prizavodskaya Square under the motto: 80 Years. Moving Forward - from 50 to 500.
An exhibition of vintage and modern BELARUS machinery will be on display. The best workers of the plant will be awarded. The stage will host groups from the MTZ palace of culture, as well as famous Belarusian pop singers and performers. The special guest is Russian band Ivanushki International.
The highlight of the celebration will be tractor dancing; festive trade areas will also work. A special gift for workers is a fireworks show.
The event begins at 11:00 and ends at 23:00.
