MINSK, 18 June (BelTA) - Over 90% of the work has been completed on the construction of the National History Museum of Belarus, BelTA learned from Construction Trust 4, branch SU-7.
The facade cladding of the building has been finished. Two bas-reliefs remain to be installed at the main entrance group. Interior finishing work is underway, along with the installation of electrical equipment and lighting fixtures, and the setup of multimedia screens, some of which are already operational.
In the exhibition halls, ceiling structures are being installed, floors are being sanded and polished, and interiors are being decorated in a national style. Concurrently, commissioning work continues on engineering systems, including ventilation.





Around 320 specialists from Construction Trust 4, branch SU-7, and other construction organizations are currently working on the site.
Landscaping work continues in the Park of People’s Unity, with up to 85% of the planned work already completed.
Construction of the National History Museum of Belarus and the Park of People’s Unity began in February 2025, with completion scheduled for 2026. The museum building will be shaped like the map of Belarus. The exhibition will occupy 12 halls, presenting the history of the Belarusian people from ancient times to the present day. Interactive elements, QR codes, and multimedia solutions are being prepared for visitors to provide a fully immersive historical experience.
