Belarus’ Karneyeu clinches bronze at 2025 European Rowing Championships

MINSK, 31 May (BelTA) – Mikita Karneyeu of Belarus claimed bronze at the 2025 European Rowing Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian finished third in the Lightweight Men's Single Sculls, clocking 7:00.23, leaving behind the athletes of Ireland, Norway and Finland. The champion title went to Fabio Kress of Germany. Second was Türkiye’s Halil Koroglu.

Last year Mikita Karneyeu secured the BRICS Games gold and won silver at the European Rowing U19 Championships.
