Announcement of new host of Belarusian Written Language Day

The new literary capital of Belarus, the town of Rogachev (Gomel Oblast), was announced at the ceremony. In September 2016 this town will host the Belarusian Written Language Day. At the solemn ceremony Chairman of the Shchuchin District Executive Committee Sergei Lozhechnik handed over a symbolic pennon to Chairperson of the Rogachev Council of Deputies Valentina Gankovich.
