Minsk Oblast joined the rest of the country in paying tribute to its main symbols on the Day of the State Flag, State Emblem, and State Anthem at the Mound of Glory memorial complex, which was erected by the people in honor of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. There, a 100-meter-long state flag was carried by 200 of the best representatives from Minsk Oblast. They included workers from various fields: medical professionals, teachers, law enforcement officers, rescue workers, foresters, energy sector employees and also young people.
