The 31st edition of the Minsk International Film Festival Listapad has officially opened at the Palace of the Republic. The ceremony featured the debut premiere of Turning Point by Belarusian director Dmitry Soroka as the opening film. This year’s festival will showcase eight competition programs, including the Main Feature Film Competition, the Documentary Film Competition, and the Main Animation Film Competition, alongside the Children’s and Youth Film Competition Listapadzik, Cinema of the Young, the National Film Schools Competition, and the National Competition. A new addition for 2025 is the Short Film Competition.
