Belarus' first vice premier visits Minsk Children's Surgery Hospital

Belarus' First Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Krutoi visited the Minsk Children's Surgery Applied Research Hospital on 26 December to wish a Happy New Year to its patients as part of the Belarusian nationwide campaign Our Children.
