Sea Festival on the Augustow Canal

This festival was one of the most exciting summer events hosted by the Augustow Canal. The activities took place on land and on water at the Dombrovka sluice. The merry makeshift vessel swimming race was one of the draws of the festival. Another attraction was a swamp football tournament. Participants played on a special field, which was the size of a mini-football field. The field was filled with mud, which turned this type of football into a spectacular show.
