MINSK, 24 July (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko and President of Russia Vladimir Putin continue work and communication on Monday, 24 July, BelTA has learned.
Most of their itinerary does not involve mass media coverage, BelTA learned from the Telegram channel Pul Pervogo.
The heads of state met in Konstantinovsky Palace in St. Petersburg the day before for the official part of the negotiations. In their protocol statements Aleksandr Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin touched upon the situation in the region, military security, and plans to advance trade and economic cooperation.
After that Aleksandr Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin went to Kronstadt where they examined a number of places of interest and talked to local residents and tourists.
Taking into account the broad range of topics on the negotiation agenda, the presidents agreed to continue working together on the second day.
