Project period: Six months

Project objective: Enabling people with disabilities to do sports and live a healthy lifestyle

Project tasks:
1. Equipping the sports ground with mechanical sports simulators designed for people with disabilities.
2. Encouraging people with disabilities to do sports in order to stay healthy and live an active life.
3. Helping prevent diseases of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; running health improvement programs for people with disabilities.
4. Arranging an open group class using a special mechanical simulator for people with disabilities.

Brief description: Many sports grounds are not fit for people with special needs. Unfortunately, there are very few facilities with a barrier-free access and specialized equipment. This project provides for installing sports simulators that will enable people with special needs to do sports in an accessible and safe environment.

Post-project activities:
- opening a sports ground;
- running individual and group sports classes for people with disabilities;
- enabling people with special needs to do sports on their own;
- preventing diseases of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases;
- increasing resistance to stress, reducing emotional exhaustion and vulnerability, improving concentration;
- improving the quality of life of people with disabilities by introducing more services to meet their needs.
