According to the source, on 11 October Belarusian voters could cast their votes in a transparent manner in the presence of many national and international observers. Reha Denemec also remarked that no pressure had been exerted on voters or observers.
As far as shortcomings in the vote count procedure are concerned, they are mentioned in statements made by Reha Denemec and his colleagues in the mission and the OSCE mission’s preliminary report.
BelTA learned from the press conference involving coordinators of the OSCE mission that the mission will prepare the final report by 27 November. The OSCE mission includes representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
