Turkey invites Belarus to increase flight frequency

MINSK, 27 July (BelTA) – The number of flights between Belarus and Turkey should be increased, Turkish Minister of Forestry and Water Affairs Veysel Eroglu told the media following the 9th plenary session of the Belarusian-Turkish intergovernmental economic commission in Minsk on 27 July, BelTA has learned.

“Air carriers should operate seven flights a week. This will help develop our relations, especially those in tourism,” Veysel Eroglu noted. As of today, Belavia operates four flights between Minsk and Istanbul. Turkish Airlines does as many.
