Shehbaz Sharif invites Belarusian specialists to Pakistan

MINSK, 11 April (BelTA) - Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif invited Belarusian specialists to participate in the development of the Pakistani economy as he met with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko in Minsk on 11 April, BelTA has learned.

“Belarus is of great importance for us in terms of agriculture. We know how much Belarusians can help in the development of the agricultural sector of our country,” the prime minister of Pakistan said.

In his words, Belarusian tractors are well-known in Pakistan.

“Today we will sign a memorandum of understanding, agreements. I hope these documents will help further develop our relations in industry and agriculture,” said Shehbaz Sharif.

The prime minister invited Belarusian specialists to Pakistan to help maintain Belarusian machinery among other things.
