Prospects of Belarusian goods supplies to Rwanda discussed in Minsk

MINSK, 4 May (BelTA) – The prospects for supplying products of the Belarusian light industry to Rwanda were discussed at a meeting between Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergei Nabeshko and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Rwanda to Belarus on concurrent accreditation Jeanne d'Arc Mujawamariya in Minsk, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Attending the meeting were also representatives of Belegprom Concern, Belarusian companies of the light and food industries. Belarusian businessmen were offered a presentation of the trade, economic and investment potential of Rwanda. The meeting also highlighted the prospects of expanding cooperation between business circles of the two countries. The parties held talks on the supplies of products of the Belarusian light industry and cacao imports from Rwanda.

The parties also discussed possible organization of a visit for Rwandan businessmen to Belarus and a business matchmaking session as part of the visit.
