The possibility is mentioned by the memorandum of agreement signed on 16 March as a result of the meetings of Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, BelTA has learned.

The Mogilevliftmash lifts manufacturing project may use premises of the Russian company POZIS.

The document has also given instructions to consider the possibility of selling more Belarusian passenger vehicles (trams, trolleybuses, and buses) to Tatarstan, of organizing rapid tram service, restoring and repairing trams. The delivery of passenger traffic control solutions will be considered, too.

Apart from that, plans have been made to sell more agricultural machines made by the Belarusian company Gomselmash to Tatarstan, including via the republic’s subsidy programs. The protocol provides for working out proposals concerning the possibility of supplying Tatarstan’s rapeseed and extraction cake to Belarus.
