MINSK, 16 September (BelTA) – A new company has been registered as a resident of the China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone, BelTA learned from First Deputy Director of the Industrial Park Kirill Koroteyev.

“Juxin Malt Technology has become the eighth resident company of the Industrial Park Great Stone. It has plans to build a malt processing plant in Belarus. The total volume of investment will amount to $112 million,” Kirill Koroteyev noted. The construction will be carried out in two stages.

Kirill Koroteyev stressed that the plant will not compete with OAO Belsolod or other Belarusian enterprises. “We have agreed that the plant will use imported raw materials only, and 100% of its output will be exported to China. The project means investments in the Belarusian economy and new jobs,” Kirill Koroteyev explained.

He said that Juxin Malt Technology is ready to develop infrastructure simultaneously with the process of the construction of the malt processing plant. Besides, he noted that the first stone of the foundation of the plant will be laid on 18 September.
